Audrey Singleton of Richmond Hill Montessori School recently donated $6,000 to benefit Gold Star Families. The money was raised from childcare centers all over Georgia through their Superhero for Heroes project from 2016 honoring Capt. Matthew Freeman. The donation will help honor Gold Star Families by making bears from uniforms of the fallen and combat related suicide and granting scholarships to siblings of the fallen and siblings of combat related suicide.
