From the Bryan County Sheriff’s Office reports
Animal complaint - Man reports his neighbor’s dogs came over to his property and killed his kittens. He explained that he had five kittens at the start of the week and is now down to two. He also visually saw one of his kittens in the mouth of his neighbors dogs, although the complainant stated the dogs are not aggressive to humans.
Criminal damage to property - Woman reports that she believes her sister put sugar in her car’s fuel tank.
Matter of record - Woman reports that some of her family members, who live in Illinois, were trying to get a hold of her as they were concerned for her safety. She explained that her son had contacted the family members in Illinois and told them that he was threatening to kill her.
Matter of record - Woman advised that she was going to exchange custody of her two-year-old daughter to her ex-boyfriend at the Richmond Hill Police Department, but as he approached her car he attempted to push past her and make entry into the car. This caused an altercation between her ex-boyfriend and her current husband.
Matter of record - A customer at Jalapeno’s on Exchange St. was threatening a waitress. The waitress (complainant) stated a customer ordered a meal by phone and when he came in to pay the card was declined several times. Then he paid with a different card. Sometime later after the subject left he called and threatened to return to Jalepeno’s and physically harm her because he was charged an extra $10.00. The complainant checked and informed the subject he was only charged the amount on the receipt with no tip.
Lost/mislaid property - Man reports losing his wallet; says he last had it at the Walmart on Ogeechee Rd. The wallet had 2 credit cards, 1 ATM card, ! CAC card, a driver’s license, 1 insurance card, and 1 carrying license.
Lost/mislaid property - Man reports purchasing a B&N Rebar Tying Tool from Amazon for $886.00, but has not yet received his item. He explained that he attempted to resolve the issue through Amazon but was informed that he would need a police report to proceed.
Verbal dispute - Man reports that his mother was having an argument, during which she stated she would have him killed. The dispute began after he informed his mother that he planned to move out. The complainant said she became upset and told him that if he left, she would use his brother to kill him.
Driving with a suspended license -
Man in an accident reports that he was driving, turned around, and went into a ditch. The officer asked for his license, and the driver advised that he didn’t have it on him. The license was looked up, and was reported as suspended.
Forgery - Man reports that his wife has had money taken from her account and that it had been the third time this year that this had happened.
Matter of record - Man reports that his son is keeping his truck without permission. He stated that approximately three weeks ago, he took the truck, and the complainant has not seen his son or the truck since.
Lost/mislaid property - Man reports missing package traveling through FedEx; valued at $800.
Carrying article, hands not on handlebar - Deputy responds to a report that individuals would not get out of the complainant’s rental car and that she had fired a shot at them. The woman stated it was in her pocket; Deputies retrieved the firearm and detained the complainant while they checked the scene.
