8th Annual Spring Fling this Saturday

The City of Richmond Hill Fire Department and Auxiliary, in partnership with the City of Richmond Hill, has announced the return of the 8th Annual Spring Fling on Saturday, April 18th, at J.F. Gregory Park. The event will be held from 10 am to 4 pm and promises a full day of family-friendly fun and entertainment.

The event is presented by Title Sponsors MacAljon and EOM, with additional support from Dixon & Lasseter Attorneys at Law, Hyundai Mobis, Red Bin Dumpsters, Crossroads Center, and the Police & Fireman’s Insurance Association.

Attendees can look forward to:

  • Live entertainment
  • Food trucks and 40+ vendors
  • 3rd Annual Duck Race
  • Axe’s Inflatable Playground featuring a Dance Dome & Jousting
  • Trackless Train Rides
  • Dunk tank – Councilmember Cindy Hatala at 10:30 am and Mayor Kristi Cox at 11 am
  • Classic car show
  • and more!

Back by popular demand is the 3rd Annual Duck Race. A total of 1,500 rubber ducks will race down the lagoon at J.F. Gregory Park. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers, including a $500 cash prize for first-place duck and gift cards for 20 additional winners.

Ducks are available for $5 at https://bit.ly/RHFDDuckRace and will also be on sale at the event.

  • 1:00 – 2:00 PM – KS Taekwondo
  • 2:15 – 3:15 PM – ECC Radical Anointed Worshippers (R.A.W.)
  • 3:30 PM – Duck Race

All net proceeds from the event will benefit Operation Presents Under the Tree, the Richmond Hill Fire Department's charitable initiative supporting local families in need throughout the year.
