Luke Blanock, who at only 18 was diagnosed with terminal cancer, married his high school sweetheart, Natalie Britvich, on February 19.

And the beautiful wedding was only made possible through the contributions of the community that Luke and Natalie lived in -- Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.

#LoveCameBlaKnocking and I couldn't be happier :) I can't thank everyone enough for the sweet posts and support, Natalie said in an Instagram post. This was the best night of my life. WOO IM A BLANOCK!!! Guess this means I need to change my username...

Luke, a local high school basketball star, was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma, which is a rare bone cancer.

Ever since his diagnosis in 2013, Luke has undergone 24 rounds of chemotherapy, over 100 radiation treatments and two surgeries.

In January he found out that his cancer had spread and become terminal; so he decided to propose to Natalie, and just a month later the two were married.

Growing up alongside Luke Blanock has been a crazy ride, to say the least. So was I surprised when he told us a month ago that he was getting hitched? Not really, said Haley Graham, a friend of the couple, in an Instagram post. When we were little, Luke was my board game partner. As we got older, he was my comic relief. And recently, he's been the voice reminding me that we would all be okay. So if you would have told me two years ago that a beautiful, strong, and incredible girl would make him a more incredible man than he already was, I wouldn't have believed you. But here we are, celebrating the love that these two have found so much strength, fun, and joy in.

In order to pull the wedding together so quickly, many community members donated both their time and services. What the supportive community gave them in the end was a beautiful 200-person ceremony the couple could cherish forever.

"They deserve the world and the community really pulled together to give that to them, said Ashley Cyprowski, their wedding planner. We had so many reach out to donate their time and services. We could not have planned this special day from start to finish in a month without the kindness and generosity from our local vendors. I cannot thank them enough for making this day truly memorable for Natalie and Luke!"
