The Pembroke Garden Club carried through with two traditions last month.
In February, members go to the Claxton Nursing home to present carnations to residents. Members participating included Jean Faught,Suzie Magee, Diane Stewart, Pat Taylor, Tammie Jo Hill, Evelyn Barone, and Reta Willoughby made the trip this time.
Also last month, club members planted a tree in the city for Pembroke's Arbor Day celebration.
