Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Fox of Richmond Hill are happy to announce the engagement of their son, Justin Robert to Tricia Lynn Dickman of New Bremen, Ohio, daughter of Thomas and Jill Dickman of New Breman.

Tricia is a 2001 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School, St. Marys, Ohio, and a 2005 graduate of Ball State University. She is employed as a kindergarten teacher at Creek View Elementary in Alpharetta, Ga. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Dickman of New Bremen and Mrs. Patricia Kuhn and the late Ned Kuhn of Minster, Ohio.

Justin is a 1998 graduate of Savannah Christian Preparatory School and graduated with high honors from Georgia Tech in 2003 with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and in 2006 with a masters in electrical engineering. He is employed as an electrical engineer at Georgia Tech Research Institute in Atlanta. He is the great grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Buffington of Cumming, Ga. and the late Glenn Fox, Sr. of Calhoun, Ga. and the late Marcy Stacy Fox of Flemington, Ga.

The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. on June 30, 2007 at First United Methodist Church in Marietta, Ga.

Deborah and Glynn Lovett of Swainsboro would like to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kaci Lyn Lovett, to James Christopher Carter of Swainsboro. James is the son of David and Lisa Walker of Stillmore, Ga., and Curtis and Gloria Carter of Ellabell.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bob Lovett, Linda Wilkerson and George Archer, all of Swainsboro.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late W.H. Carter and Joy Winter and the late Mr. and Mrs. J.S. Williamson.
The wedding will take place Saturday, Nov. 13, at 4:30 p.m. at the home of the bride’s sister, Heather Peebles, in Swainsboro.
No local invitations sent. Family and friends are invited to attend.
The couple will reside in Swainsboro.
