Richmond Hill Cub Scout Pack 400 had its annual Blue and Gold banquet celebrating the birthday of Scouting on Feb. 20 at St. Anne Catholic Church. The event culminated in awarding three boys Arrow of Light badges: Eddie Akers, Ian McWilliams and Robert Patton III.
