Brian Strahan threw a three-hit, complete game shutout and catcher Justin Henle drove in the only run of the game as Richmond Hill High School beat Glynn Academy 1-0 in an important 3-AAAAA baseball game.
Strahan gave up two first inning hits but got out of it with no damage the rest of the way. Henle went 2-3 and drove in Chaise Parker with two outs after Parker doubled. Both teams threatened several more times but no runs could score.
Strahan was helped by two pick-offs, one by him and the other by Henle and great catches in the outfield by Michael Teston and Alex Peraldo. Ryan Lawless pitched a great game himself striking out nine wildcats in a complete game. The Wildcats lead the region by 1.5 games going into Friday's home contest against Ware Co.
