Prep basketball: Lady Wildcats win 12th straight

The girls' basketball team at Richmond Hill High School won it's 12th straight game on Friday night and stayed unbeaten in Region 2A-AAAA by beating Brusnwick 68-66 in Brunswick.

The Lady Wildcats improved to 15-1 overall and 5-0 in the subregion.

In the boys' game, the Wildcats didn't fare so well, falling 57-51 to the Pirates. The loss dropped the Richmond Hill boys to 12-5 overall and 3-2 in the subregion.

Bryan County High School fell 59-46 to Calvary Day in Savannah on Friday night in a girls' Region 3A-A contest.

Results of the boys' game weren't available.
