Dear Editor:
My name is Christopher Hartley Jr. I am a veteran and a local business owner assisting Ceylanee Pritchard and her family following the heartbreaking events of October 17, 2026, in Richmond Hill. Many residents know Ceylanee through Xpress Pack & Ship, where her kindness and welcoming manner made a positive impression on customers and neighbors. Her family is now facing substantial emotional and financial challenges.
I have organized a Go-FundMe to help the family with essential living expenses, including housing, utilities, groceries, transportation, and other immediate needs.
Thank you for your time and service to our community.

Our Richmond Hill, Georgia community has been shaken by a heartbreaking tragedy that has deeply affected Ceylanee Pritchard and her family.
Organized by a friend from the community, this fundraiser was created to help surround Ceylanee and her loved ones with care during a time of unimaginable emotional pain and financial uncertainty. Ceylanee is known by so many for the kindness, compassion, and welcoming spirit shared every day through work at Xpress Pack & Ship. So many people have been touched by that warmth, generosity, and genuine smile, and now is a time to give some of that love back to Ceylanee and the family.
Donations will go directly to Ceylanee to help cover essential household expenses as the family begins moving forward, including housing, utilities, groceries, transportation, and other immediate family needs. No family should have to face a tragedy like this alone.
Friends, neighbors, and the Richmond Hill community are being asked to come together and show Ceylanee the same compassion shown to others for so long. Every gift, no matter the size, can make a meaningful difference. If donating is not possible, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping Ceylanee Pritchard and family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for standing with them during this heartbreaking time.”
