Columbus Northern knocked off Martinez Evans 11-4 and Warner Robins downed Murphey Candler 8-1 in the third round of pool play in the 2013 Georgia Little League 11/12 State Championship Tournament in Richmond Hill.

Host Coastal's game was rained out with Coastal trailing Cartersville 3-1.

Both that game and the Newton County vs. Toccoa matchup were suspended due to rain. Play resumed today at 11 a.m. Also on tap for today were early matchups including Belvedere vs. Toccoa and Martinez Evans vs. Newton County. 

Afternoon games on the schedule for today are Murphey Candler vs. Cartersville and Coastal vs. West Point.

The semifinals are Thursday beginning at 10 a.m. The championship game is set for 10 a.m. Friday.
