Richmond Hill High School finished ninth at the girls' state Class AAAAA cross country meet on Saturday in Carrollton. Jennifer Thorpe was RHHS' top girl finisher. She placed 14th.

 The boys' team finished 16th. Caleb Carter was the Wildcats' top finisher at No. 73.

Bryan County's boys finished 26th in the Class AA competition. Christian Morgan finished 106th to lead the Redskins. The Lady Redskins finished 22nd in the girls' meet. Lindsey Bowen was the top BCHS runner, placing 110th.
