The Richmond Hill boys basketball team has already achieved double-digits in wins after defeating Camden County 54-41 Monday in a consolation bracket game of the Memorial Health Holiday Tournament.

Trey DeLoach led the Wildcats with 16 points, while Sam James chipped in 11. Richmond Hill lost tournament games to Johnson, 58-54, and Islands, 65-45, over the weekend and now stand at 10-3. The Wildcats host Long County at 8 p.m. Dec. 29.

The Bryan County girls team stands at 9-2 overall and 4-1 in Region 2-AA play after a 44-40 loss to Long County Tuesday night. According to the most recent statistics, two-time All-Stater Julianne Brown is averaging more than 20 points, eight rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. The Redskins are at Jeff Davis on Jan. 6.

Richmond Hill’s girls team is now 6-7 after dropping three games in the Memorial tournament. Tiara Gandy had 10 points in a loss to Beach and 11 points in a loss to Tattnall. The Wildcats host Long County at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 29.

The Bryan County boys basketball team is 1-9 overall and 0-5 in Region 2-AA. No player statistics were available. The Redskins face Jeff Davis on Jan. 6.
