Bryan County High School played host to Effingham County in a non-region basketball doubleheader Saturday in Pembroke.  The Lady Redskins won the opener 54-40 behind Olivia Melvin's 22 points.  

In the nightcap, the Rebels downed Bryan County 54-16.
