After not playing last week, both Bryan County teams will be in action on the road for Friday night football.
The Richmond Hill Wildcats will be in Warner Robins to face Northside while the Bryan County Redskins will travel to Darien to play against McIntosh County Academy.
The Wildcats are fresh off an open week, not competing on Sept. 10.
They currently sit with an 0-2 record with losses to Beaufort (SC) and Burke County.
The Northside Eagles are 3-1 on the season, losing to their crosstown rival Warner Robins 49-7 last week.
These teams played each other a season ago for the first time where the Wildcats drubbed the Eagles 52-12 at Wildcat Stadium.
Kickoff is set for 7:30 at McConnell-Talbert Stadium.
The Redskins will open Region 3A play against the Buccaneers of McIntosh County Academy.
The Redskins are 1-2 this season and are coming off a Sept. 10 bye week.
The Bucs are 0-2-1 this season after losing 22-8 to Charlton County last week.
A season ago the Bucs prevailed over the Redskins, shutting them out 41-0.
Kickoff is at 7:30 in Darien.
