An endorsement for a 79-unit apartment complex across from Ford Plantation was taken off the Richmond Hill City Council's agenda last-minute Tuesday night, but owners of the project site say they still have plans for the property.
However, some opponents of the project say there is a zoning issue that needs to be looked into before any plans for the property are OK'd by the city.
