Bryan County News' Shana Statham captured the following images from the Sept. 7 Superhero for Heroes Parade at the Richmond Hill Montessori Preschool, which was also streamed live on the Bryan County News Facebook page.

Superhero for Heroes is Georgia Childcare Association's (GCCA) premier annual fundraiser.  In its fifth year, this creative event recognizes everyday heroes while raising money and awareness of advocacy efforts within the child care industry. 

For the third year in a row, GCCA is partnering with the Freeman Project, a non-profit fostering memories of our fallen soldiers by providing educational scholarships and custom sewn bears made from uniforms of the fallen or combat related suicide.
