Road work to start Monday in North Bryan
Expect single-lane traffic on Hwy. 67

A resurfacing project will get underway Monday on state Highway 67 in Pembroke and will continue through the week.

Contractors for Georgia DOT will be milling and resurfacing on Highway 67 between US 280/SR 30 in Pembroke and extending to Bulloch County line. This shift is scheduled from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting. 

This is a single-lane closure on a two-lane roadway with flaggers and a pilot car to aid traffic through the work zone.

This temporary lane closure is necessary for the contractor to resurface the existing roadway to enhance safety by improve the condition of the roadway.
