A fire Friday afternoon caused damage to a residence on Brisbon Road in Richmond Hill.

According to Lt. Jordan Johnson of the Richmond Hill Fire Department, at 2:34 p.m. the RHFD, South Bryan EMS and South Bryan Fire Department received a report of a fire at a two-story residence. People were at the residence at the time, but no injuries were reported.

The attic sustained heavy fire damage. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
