Motorists should expect major delays today (Friday) when traveling on Highway 80 at the Bryan/Effingham County line, according to a release from the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Final surface treatment near the newly constructed Ogeechee River Bridge on Highway 80 has led to a lane closure there. Flagging is being utilized to control traffic. Truck traffic is expected in the area as well.
