Area meth labs shut down following multiple arrests

Local and area law enforcement are seeking the public's help in finding these three individuals.

The Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team (CNT) made 10 arrests Wednesday in and around Bryan County that resulted in the dismantling of two separate methamphetamine organizations operating throughout Chatham, Bryan, Effingham and Bulloch counties.

CNT is seeking the public’s assistance in locating others wanted in connection with the operation:

Dustin Clemons, 34: wanted for Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and Trafficking Methamphetamine.  Clemons is described as a white male, 6’01,” 215 pounds, with brown eyes and short cut black hair. 

 Marcus Lee Lindsey, 31: wanted for Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, Trafficking Methamphetamine, and five counts of Possession of Substance to Manufacture Schedule II Controlled Substance.  Lindsey is described as a white male, 5’10,” 170 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. 

Tami Jo Hill, 52:wanted for Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, Trafficking Methamphetamine and three counts of Possession of Substance to Manufacture Schedule II Controlled Substance.  Hill is described as a white female, 5’10,” 170 pounds, with green eyes and blonde hair. 

According to a press release from CNT, the following individuals were arrested Wednesday on various charges:

Thomas Randall Basham, 36, of Pembroke: charged with Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, Trafficking Methamphetamine; Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) with Intent to Distribute

Melodie Jaclyn Basham, 26, of Pembroke: charged with Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Trafficking Methamphetamine

Sharon Mulkey Basham, 62, Pembroke: charged with Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Trafficking Methamphetamine; Possession of Substance to Manufacture Schedule II Controlled Substance

Roger Basham, 33, of Pembroke: charged with  Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Trafficking Methamphetamine; six counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) with Intent to Distribute

David Allen Barnard, 46, of Pembroke: charged with Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Trafficking Methamphetamine

Betty Deckard, 42, of Brooklet: Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance ActTrafficking Methamphetamine

 Hope Mitchell, 37, of Claxton: charged with Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance ActTrafficking Methamphetamine; three counts of Possession of Substance to Manufacture Schedule II Controlled Substance

 Christopher Thomas Davis, 29, of Guyton: charged with Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Possession of Substance to Manufacture Schedule II Controlled Substance

 Heather Nicole Dunn, 22, of Pooler: charged with Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Unlawful Possession of Pseudoephedrine

 Kimberly Marie Carney, 28, of Savannah: charged with Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Possession of Substance to Manufacture Schedule II Controlled Substance; five counts of Possession of Pseudoephedrine with Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine

 Lisa Renee Williams, 33, of Savannah: charged with Conspiracy/Attempt to Violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act; Possession of Substance to Manufacture Schedule II Controlled Substance
