Military base exercise this week may impact motorists

Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield will have an integrated protection exercise March 29 on Stewart and March 30 at Hunter. 

The exercise practices the installation's emergency response. During the exercise, you may hear the installation Big Voice activated stating "EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE."

First responders will respond during the exercise and motorists should remain alert and drive with caution.

 If you encounter a roadblock, follow the directions of law enforcement or medical personnel.
