Jahques Arkeem Rogers, 21, of the 4000 block of 5th Street, and Malic Stephens. 20, of the 1200 block of East 54th Street, face charges of felony entering auto because authorities can put them in Richmond Hill at the time of the shooting, Reynold said.

“No one has been charged with the actual shooting as of yet. Presently we have not made any additional arrests,” he said. “(The) case is still being investigated.”

The employee, Cooper Suddath, was shot after he confronted "three to four" suspects trying to break into his pickup, which was parked near the facility in downtown Richmond Hill. He was flown by LifeStar to Memorial Health with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He is expected to make a full recovery.
