Employees at the Keller Williams Realty Richmond Hill location got a special visit Tuesday from a Queens, N.Y. Keller Williams agent as he passed through Richmond Hill on a unique trip.
Lowensky Garcia is making his way from New York to Orlando, Fla., on bicycle to attend Keller Williams' Realty National Convention, which begins Friday. He is also riding in hopes of raising $100,000 for the KW Cares Ffoundation.
KW Cares is a foundation that raises money through Keller Williams Market Centers and regional offices in order to provide emergency financial assistance to agents in need.
"Anyone in real estate who has had surgery or who has a medical emergency or family emergency," can benefit from the foundation, he said.
