OMI drops $2 million lawsuit against Richmond Hill

Public works company OMI has dropped its $2 million lawsuit against Richmond Hill, city attorney Ray Smith announced Tuesday night after the city council met briefly in closed session.

OMI filed suit against the city in December claiming breach of contract after Richmond Hill councilmembers voted in October to end its contract with the company.
