A voting machine in Bryan County is getting a lot of attention after a voter here contacted the Atlanta Journal-Constitution to report “it took three tries Tuesday on a machine at the county’s administration complex in Richmond Hill before it correctly recorded his choice of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton,” the AJC reported.

The story, which was the most read story on the AJC’s website Thursday night, has since been picked up by ABC News.

Elections officials reportedly stopped using the machine after they were told of the voter’s complaint, and Election Supervisor Cindy Reynolds told the AJC the machine was used by other voters and no one else had reported a problem to poll workers.

The Georgia Secretary of State is investigating the claim.

Bryan County News will update this story when more information becomes available.
