Kingston taps three from RH for academies

Three students from Richmond Hill are one step closer to attending U.S. Service academies after recently receiving congressional nominations from 1st District Congressman Jack Kingston, R-Ga.
Isaac Taylor and Tradd Stephens, both seniors at RHHS, and Kenneth Katzman, a graduate of Savannah Christian Preparatory School, were nominated after an interview process earlier this month with Kingston and representatives from the Military Academy Board at the Bethesda Home for Boys in Savannah. The three were among 18 students nominated from around the region.
“I commend these students for not only their nomination but also for the hard work and dedication that they have expressed towards their country,” Kingston said in a press release. “I am confident that the leadership skills and education that you receive will prepare you for all future endeavors.”
