Kangeter, Hamilton face off for at-large seat
At Large
Doug Kangeter and Ernest Hamilton

Although all seats on the Pembroke City Council are up for grabs this election year, voters will only see one contested seat at the polls.
The current council member for District 2, Doug Kangeter, and a former council member at-large, Ernest Hamilton, have thrown their hats into the ring for the at-large seat. Both have political experience and an interest to better the city of Pembroke.
Early voting for the municipal election is under way from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday in City Hall at 160 N. Main St. until Nov. 4.
