Councilwoman Jan Bass is going to seek re-election, according to a Facebook page.

Richmond Hill City Councilwoman Jan Bass is going for a second term, according to Facebook.

Bass updated a profile photo on a page called "Jan Bass, Richmond Hill City Council Re-Elect 2015" on Friday.

A former city employee, Bass first ran for office in 2011 and defeated incumbent Marilyn Hodges.
