Hurricane registry process suspended due to evacuation order
Coastal Health District

Due to evacuation orders issued Monday by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, the hurricane registry application process for residents in Bryan County has been suspended, according to a Coastal Health District  press release sent Monday.

No new hurricane registry applications can be processed.

Anyone who is already on the registry will be contacted by phone with specific instructions if they are required to evacuate.

If you are not on the registry, listen to media reports and follow instructions from emergency managers.

The registry is for people who cannot evacuate themselves due to "functional, access or medical needs," according to CHD.
