The familiar sight of the Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival is set to return to Richmond Hill’s J.F. Gregory Park on October 25 and 26 for the event’s 25th anniversary edition.
The yearly celebration, which draws thousands from throughout the region, is Richmond Hill’s largest outdoor gathering, and features food, music, amusement rides and more.
Summer Beal, President and CEO of the Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce, says that the yearly festival is a great way for folks to enjoy all that the county has to offer–from local restaurants to musicians to arts and crafts.
“It’s a great chance to highlight our community as a whole,” Beal said.
Beal says that this is the first year where there will be headliners on both nights, with the Marshall Tucker Band playing on Friday night and Clint Black and Sara Evans playing on Saturday night.
Tickets are on sale now, and can be purchased at the Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce’s website.
