Richmond Hill Mayor Russ Carpenter,  Mayor Pro Tem Kristi Cox and Post 4 Councilmember Robbie Ward will return to office for another 4-year term beginning in 2022 after no one qualified to run against them in the Nov. 2 general election.

Qualifying, which began Tuesday, ended at 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 19.
