Following the groundbreaking of the $400,000 Bryan County fire station on Resource Way in WaterWays Township, community developer Fletcher Management Company formally welcomed its newest featured builder, Dream Finders Homes. The builder broke ground on its design center showcase home as well as its initial offering of four new home plans.
“As part of the housing market recovery, buyers have become very savvy when it comes not only to their home designs, but also when choosing a community and place to raise their family,” said Patrick Zalupski , Dream Finder Homes managing partner. “They are also choosing a home in a community based on the developer’s commitment to it. WaterWays Township represents a unique opportunity to build custom homes in a world-class development and provides buyers with a level of value and quality that is unlike any community in the Savannah area.
The model home, called the Marbella, will feature a 4,144-square-foot open floor plan. The four-bedroom, 3 ½-bath home with a three-car garage will be nestled amongst ancient moss-draped oak trees and surrounded by lush native landscaping.
Located in the WaterWays Parkway South neighborhood, the Marbella will provide visitors and real estate professionals with an opportunity to experience the options available from Dream Finders Homes. In addition, a portfolio of house plan designs will be available for observation and discussion with the onsite consultant.
The design center showcase home is scheduled to open this fall. Homes in the WaterWays Township community are currently priced from the $230,000s, with custom homesites starting in the low $60,000s.
“Dream Finders has always stressed the importance of providing the best combination of price and quality, and we believe we have found that in WaterWays,” Zalupski said. “Fletcher Management has created a pristine development and we are ecstatic to be building in what we believe will ultimately be recognized as one of the preeminent communities in the entire country. We believe that our future homeowners will agree and we cannot wait to invite guests in to our new showcase home.”
Dream Finders Homes has been building homes in Northeast Florida since 2008.
“Dream Finder Homes wanted to expand their home building footprint into Georgia’s coastal region, and our vision for WaterWays Township matched their goals and capabilities,” said Vance Askew, WaterWays Township marketing and sales director. “Not only are they building a design center and showcase home for our guests and Realtor partners to experience, they are simultaneously breaking ground on multiple homes in our Long Creek and Ridgewood Park neighborhoods.
“Between the start of Bryan County’s new fire station and construction on a current total of 10 residential homes, there is certainly a wave of momentum at WaterWays. It’s great to see this level of activity.”
