National 4-H Council recently announced the spring 4-H Paper Clover Promotion in partnership with Tractor Supply Co.
The nationwide, in-store fundraiser will benefit state and local 4-H programming in each of the communities where a TSC or Del’s Feed & Farm Supply store is located. Locally, TSC has stores in Rincon and Jesup.
Through Monday shoppers at all TSC and Del’s Feed & Farm Supply stores will have the opportunity to support 4-H locally by purchasing paper clovers for $1 at the checkout.
All funds raised will be donated to 4-H and will support 4-H youth-development-program activities in the community where the store is located.
“We are excited to continue our spring Paper Clover Campaign with Tractor Supply Co,, which has been an important and impactful part of our local fundraising efforts on a national level for quite some time,” said Donald T. Floyd Jr., president and CEO of National 4-H Council.
“Their partnership through more than 900 participating stores and the generation of just over half a million dollars shows tremendous support and belief that we can change the lives of America’s youth, one clover at a time.”
Now entering its second year, the TSC 4-H Paper Clover Campaign has provided nearly $500,000 to local 4-H programs across the country.
The effort has provided direct support for local camps, after-school programs and other activities, and it has granted scholarships to these events that youth can explore their interests in everything from animal science to robotics.
“We couldn’t be more pleased with our partnership with 4-H,” said John Wendler, senior vice president of marketing at Tractor Supply. “Their mission and values are very consistent with ours, and we’re committed to support 4-H at the national and local level."
