Spine & Sport of Richmond Hill welcomes certified personal trainer Kristin Seckinger to its staff.
An Effingham County native, Seckinger received a full athletic scholarship for softball to the College of Coastal Georgia, where she played second base and short stop. She finished her post secondary education at Armstrong Atlantic State University, where she earned a Master of Science degree in sports medicine.
Seckinger is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She will be available at both the Richmond Hill and Effingham clinics and will be offering individual as well as group training sessions.
