Shop marks birthday with party

The Ice Cream Stop in Richmond Hill celebrated its second anniversary July 24 with a six-hour event complete with ice cream, birthday cake and bounce houses. Owner Bill Pollard, known as “Mr. Bill” to his patrons, said the shop stayed busy throughout the day and that close to 250 slices of ice cream cake were served.
