Richmond Hill, GA
-"E Leadership" is short for "Everything Leadership".  Leadership is the backbone of all successful organizations.  But it is hard finding good leaders these days...so we must make them. Learn more about creating great leaders at the Richmond Hill/Bryan County Chamber’s Coffee & Conversation on Wednesday, October. 8 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Chamber office, located at 2591 Hwy 17, ste. 100 in the Crossroads Center – just around the corner from Uptown Deli.

Fostering the right work setting and culture brings about the results we all want to see - productive workers that help the bottom line.  Rich DeLong will lead a discussion on the importance of developing a culture that helps promote average staff members into good leaders.  It starts at the top, but it must also filter down, all the way down, to even the most basic operations and positions.  DeLong has his Master's Degree in Health & Sports Management and has been leading successful Senior Living Communities and Non-Profits for almost 20 years.  Share an hour with Rich and spend a lifetime developing leaders.

The Coffee & Conversation event is complimentary to RHBC Chamber members and $15.00 for non-members. Advance reservations are required and seating is limited so reserve your space today by calling (912) 756-3444 or e-mail info@RHBCchamber.org.  For more information, log on to www.RHBCchamber.org  or call the Chamber at 912-756-3444.
