The following are among the food service establishments inspected in November by the Bryan County Health Department. The department scores on a 100-percentile scale. Kitchens are inspected at least every four months and are required to post their score sheets in public. The score and selected comments from health inspectors are included in each report. Nov. 2

• Happy Wok, 9701 Ford Ave., unit G, Richmond Hill. Score: 93.
Remarks: (1) Clean and paint raw wood where needed; make sure containers are labeled and visible (may need to turn around so can be seen). New Violation. (2) Replace tiles where needed. New Violation. (3) Vents a little drippy. Keep eye on this. May need to call more often.  New Violation. (4) Clean up around back door; bottom of back door needs sweep (or whatever it takes to seal bottom). New Violation.

• Jalapenos Mexican Grill #7, 60 Exchange St., Ste. C1, Richmond Hill. Score: 96.
Remarks: (1) Vents need cleaning. New Violation. (2) Bottom back door — sweep to seal bottom door. New Violation.

Nov. 20

• Subway, 10820 Highway 280, Ellabell. Score: 97.
Remarks: Purses etc. on separate shelf, not in food storage area. New Violation.
