Homes of Integrity Construction celebrated Wednesday the official groundbreaking of Heathrow at Sterling Links, the newest development in the Richmond Hill golf community.

Meagan Mowry, vice president of Homes of Integrity Construction, said the 72 available lots in Heathrow at Sterling Links will eventually boast high-quality homes, custom-built homes.
