Milan Day Spa is under new ownership as of Jan. 7, and a new image, new spa services and more are on tap for the Richmond Hill facility.
Catherine Garrido is the new owner and CEO of Milan Day Spa at 3766 Hwy. 17. The British-born Garrido has worked as a senior beauty technician in leading spas across Europe and the United States.
But for the last four year’s she’s been building Milan’s reputation and services in Richmond Hill.
“I love the Richmond Hill area – my husband and our children are very happy here, and when the opportunity came along for me to buy the spa, allowing the previous owner to focus on hair services, it seemed like the opportunity of a lifetime,” Garrido said. “We have many more plans for the future.”
New initiatives at Milan include:
