Editor’s note: This is one in a series of surveys answered by candidates in contested races in the July 31 primary.

The Bryan County Clerk of Superior Court seat is up for grabs, and voters will soon choose between two Republican candidates in the July 31 primary.
Incumbent Rebecca Crowe and political newcomer Haley Beeson are both hopeful they can serve in the position in the next four years.
Crowe is a native of Bryan County who has served as the clerk of court since 1997 and worked in the clerk’s office for more than 20 years. She is also involved in church.
Beeson has lived in Richmond Hill for 16 years and is the owner of Hit the Books, a used book store and tutoring center in the city. Beeson has been involved in the community and is also active in the school system.
