Last week, Bryan County Emergency Services personnel participated in training sessions focused on overall health – from fitness and nutrition to stress management and financial wellbeing.

Instructors included Primerica Regional Vice-President Risha (Urvashi) Patel, SD Gunner Fund Founder & President Britnee Kinard, Ben Bishop of 9Round Richmond Hill, and nutritionists Heather Rainey and Kelly Cone.
