Ahead of the school year starting in Bryan County, the Richmond Hill Farmer’s Market will be hosting its fifth-annual Back to School Bash on Saturday, August 1 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at J.F Gregory Park.
Through their sponsors and community partners, the Farmer’s Market will be offering free school supplies (while supplies last), free boys’ haircuts, and a “Build Your Own Backpack” Bar hosted by Johnson & Affiliates Real Estate Group.
The afternoon will also feature live music, inflatables from Richmond Hill Bounce & Slide, adoptable pets from Renegade Paws, and food from local food trucks Erica’s Pillys and More and The Big Cheese.
Local vendors will also set up shop during the event, offering fresh produce, local honey, jams, baked goods, flowers, plants, wellness products, and more.
