MARIETTA, Georgia For parents of babies born prematurely, neonatal nurses are one of the most important people in their lives. These nurses care for their babies when parents cant. Renee Hendrix is one of those people.

In a video produced by Kleenex as part of its Messages of Care campaign, Hendrix talks about her role as a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia.

These parents, they dont get to take their babies home, Hendrix said in the video. I feel like if I treat the babies like I would want somebody to treat my baby when Im not there, thats the most important thing.

The video takes a turn when Hendrix watches a video of parents talking about the care she gave their babies.

She was the first person who let me hold my daughter, one mother says.

And then, in walk dozens of people who were once fragile infants in her arms.

My babies, she says. All my favorite people in one room.

Watch the video and grab some tissues, whatever brand to see the touching reunion.
