Fort Pulaski National Monument will have children’s holiday workshops throughout the month of December.

From 2-4 p.m. Dec. 22, the fort will host “Visions of Sugar Plums.” Children are invited to join park staff in making, molding and painting the holiday candy know as marzipan. Other activities include making special edible holiday ornaments for animals. Space is limited. Fort Pulaski National Monument is on Highway 80, 15 miles east of Savannah. Admission is $5 per person. Children ages 15 and younger are free.
