Dinner-theater staged as benefit

A dinner theater featuring “Mystery on the Adirondack Express” will be from 5:30-8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, in the Delmonico Dining Car at the Suites at Station Exchange, 3205 TSX Grand Central in Richmond Hill.

The play is billed as a “1930s dining-car adventure;” period dress is encouraged.

The menu will include shrimp cocktail, corn chowder, garden salad, beef wellington or lemon garlic chicken, sautéed asparagus with hollandaise, roasted potatoes and pineapple upside-down cake.

Tickets are $35 apiece, with proceeds benefiting The Alzheimer’s Association.
