More than 50 businesses in downtown Savannah will give out free dog treats to costumed dogs. (Humans are encouraged to come in costume, too.) The event benefits Southern Comfort Animal Rescue. Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and scooping laws must be obeyed.
