Gabriel Manns looks ready to take on the world sitting in the front seat of a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter last year’s National Night Out in J.F. Gregory Park.

The Richmond Hill Police Department will be pulling out all the stops again from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday with free hot dogs and drinks, rides and games, hot dog-eating contest, raffles, safety displays, live music and more.

The event is expected to draw as many as 1,000 visitors.
