The Rotary Club of Richmond Hill is dedicating a percentage of its fundraising efforts this year to help local causes in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
“Our club has maintained healthy fundraising initiatives throughout 2010, so we want to give some extra support to our community at this special time of year.”  Aimee Harris, president of The Rotary Club of Richmond Hill and attorney at Harvey & Hendrix said.
“We have already decided to support the Ways Station Food Bank and Gift Bags for the Senior Citizen Center of Richmond Hill, as well as Adopt a Family, but we still have funds available,” she continued.
“Any local charity is welcome to apply to us and we are particularly aware of the needs of families, children and senior citizens during the holiday season”
