Pembroke flags mark Memorial Day

Cub Scout Pack 141, the American Legion Post 164 Ladies Auxiliary and Boy Scout Troop 357 placed flags in downtown Pembroke for a display for the annual Memorial Day service, which was Saturday. More than 100 flags were posted in recognition of soldiers who have fallen in war. A new flag was to be added to the display in today’s service.
